Today TxDOT presented their annual list of the most congested roadways in the state. One would expect that 281 north of 1604 placed first in Bexar County, yet it was the stretch of 1604 from Culebra to Bandera Rds that claimed the dubious honor as the slowest moving road in the area.

KSAT12 reports help is in progress at Braun and 1604. Hopefully there's more in store for the intersection. The
additional westbound lane of Braun striped earlier this week did not shorten the queue at the light as hoped.
